Baron Realty Inc, founded in 1986, is a commercial real estate consulting firm located in Lakeland, Florida.

Baron specializes in the leasing, management, and sale of office, retail, and industrial properties. Baron has combined well qualified staff with personalized attentiveness to serve property owners, tenants, and investors well. Baron’s research and history in the central Florida markets provides property owners and tenants with the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions to buy, sell, or lease a property.

Cory Petcoff

Cory Petcoff, Owner and President

Cory Petcoff is a commercial real estate professional with an extensive background in investment analysis, property management, and leasing. Baron, under Petcoff’s leadership, has brokered over $300MM in investment sales and leasing transactions and currently manages a portfolio of more than 1,200,000 square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties.

Cory is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent as well as a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Cory is also a graduate of Stetson University and serves on the board of directors of several professional, civic and charitable organizations including Retail First Insurance Group, Lakeland Christian School, Lakeland Economic Development Council, Lakeland Regional Health Systems, and the Lakeland CRA Advisory Board.

Cory's hobbies include biking, hiking, traveling, and tennis.

Operations/Property Manager

Bri Omspacher, Operations / Property Manager

Bri is a Florida native born in St. Petersburg, FL and has had the pleasure of living in San Diego, CA., Huntsville, AL., Tampa, FL., Seattle, WA., and Ensenada, Mexico. She was born into a blended family of European and Puerto Rico cultures. She is very passionate about diversity and believes that the more diverse, the stronger a community.

She graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL with her undergraduate degree in Business Management and later pursued her MBA and graduated summa cum laude. Her career has involved leadership with nonprofits, early childhood development, healthcare, and commercial real estate.

Bri met her husband, Brock, in college at Southeastern University and together run a local non-profit called The Coming Reformers that focuses on college mentorship and personal development for students. Bri is passionate about charity efforts and serves as the Public Relations Director with a non-profit called Hope House and is a part of a High Skill High Wage board with the Lakeland Economic Development Counsel.

Bri's hobbies include going to the beach, paddle boarding, music, and fitness.

Lisa James, Administrative Assistant

Lisa was born in Bartow, Florida and considers herself a proud Floridian. Her favorite place in the world is Anna Maria, FL. She has always been passionately involved with religious organizations by providing support to spouses during difficult times.

Lisa’s career has spent 45 years in office administration in the industries such as healthcare, non-profits, insurance, collections, and commercial real estate. She spent most of her career as an administrative assistant with the Boys and Girls Club of Polk County.

Lisa is passionate about her family and loves spending time spoiling her grandchildren. Her favorite holiday is Christmas due to its richness in tradition and quality time with family.

Lisa's hobbies include walking, going to the beach, reading, and going to the movies.

Toni Cross

Senior Accountant

Toni Cross, Senior Accountant

Toni is our senior accountant. She was born in Lindenhurst, NY and always enjoyed fishing on the weekend with family and the convenience of walking distance to everything. She met her husband in college and graduated from Saint Leo University with a bachelor’s in accounting.

Upon graduating she pursued her career in accounting and has spent 25 years in the industry. She has worked for CPA firms, Mosaic, and other firms in the industries of construction, hospitality, manufacturing, and commercial real estate.

Toni is a total animal lover and has enjoyed volunteering at Future Farmers of America Association to help care for animals. Her greatest accomplishment was running a marathon in 2016. She is an easy-going woman who is such a support system for those around her.

Toni's hobbies include reading, running, going to the beach, and concerts.

Adrian Mcneal

Maintenance Supervisor

Adrian Mcneal, Maintenance Supervisor

Adrian has been serving Baron for over ten years providing exceptional customer service to all properties and tenants. He was born in Lakeland, FL and has lived here ever since. He’s very passionate about sports and regularly supports his son, Kendall, who plays for the University of Oklahoma.

As a building engineer he is considered the “jack of all trades.” Whether it is groundskeeping, building renovations, electrical/plumbing work, or any type of building maintenance, he is the man for the job!

Adrian's hobbies include sports, fishing, and eating.
